Last Thursday and Friday we got invited by Rabobank Jong Rabo Grow commission to teach the young potentials of the bank something about sustainability & decision making at the Young Leadership Summit.
Sustainability is a very complex and sensitive subject. So you can imagine when we have to make a decision about it, we must approach this very adequately and gentle with each other as a group.
Deep democracy is a very nice conversation technique to discuss topics and decisions around this theme.
Our Sustainability Impact Strategists Daniëlle Mol & Renée Smits made the connection between Sustainability and Deep Democracy in a corporate environment and allowed the participants to experience what this can do to you as a person.
